Tracy Fetrow is the Sr. Vice President of Trade Services for Watermark Trade. She oversees the management and provision of services and operational activities for customs brokerage and related government programs, including import and foreign-trade zones, trade compliance, and consulting services.

Utilizing her more than thirty-five years of professional experience, Tracy has successfully provided FTZ and customs brokerage operational training, internal and client solutions, and exemplary oversight and support for clients and team members alike. Tracy takes an understanding approach to training and knowledge sharing, noting that we are not born with knowledge, we must acquire it.

Tracy’s leadership and knowledge of FTZ and customs requirements are based on her extensive experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, and FTZ administration for numerous clients in a variety of industries. For Watermark Trade, she maintains internal compliance procedures and policies which focus on the overall compliance of the company’s customs and FTZ services. Her goal is to facilitate Watermark Trade’s reputation in the industry as a firm that clients can rely on for excellent service.

Tracy is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and an NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).

Tracy believes in treating others with respect and kindness and enjoys coming alongside others to teach, learn, and develop the right solutions to challenges and issues. She has a can-do attitude and works to support clients and team members as a true and genuine partner. She enjoys family, quiet evenings, and puzzles.
